Deb Blackshear is the Office Administrator for
Peninsula Mediation & ADR in Williamsburg, Virginia. Deb began applying her
administrative skills in the federal service as a front desk clerk for the
largest US military installation in Europe. Shortly after that, she served
as Secretary for the Chief of the 86th Airlift Squadron which supported one
of the largest air fighter bases in Germany. Since returning to the States,
Deb has worked as an administrative assistant for ECPI College of Technology
and worked in the state government system for a few years as a case intake
specialist with the Department of Social Services. During her time in Europe,
Deb also played professional basketball for the Volklingen Baskets in
Volklingen, Germany.
Deb received a Bachelors degree in Business
Administration from Georgia Southern University and a Masters degree in Human
Resources Management. She is an active member of the Peninsula Toastmasters
Association in Hampton, Virginia where she has served as the Vice President
of Education and President.
Deb currently resides in Newport News, Virginia.
She loves traveling, walking, and playing with her pets.
