Peninsula Mediation & ADR provides this page as a comprehensive resource for its network of independent contractors. If you are interested in submitting an application to serve as an independent contractor for Peninsula Mediation & ADR, download, complete and electronically return the "Contractor Application" below for consideration.

If you are currently one of our independent contractors, you may wish to access forms contained in the "Contractor Packet" (which need to be completed and returned prior to working with us), or the "Mentor Packet." (which you will need if you receive an assignment to provide mentor mediation). The "Travel Expense Report" is only applicable when an independenet contractor has pre-approved travel expenses to submit for reimbursement.

What type of clients will be using the roster of mediators?
What geographic areas will you serve?
How large a roster or panel do you expect to use?
Is this a one-time application, or will I have to reapply each year?
How much will these cases pay?

How quickly must I be respond to a request to accept a mediation case?
What do you mean in Part B of the minimum requirements section of the application by "Federal workplace mediation cases?" Is an expanded definition acceptable to mean EEOC and DOJ (ADA) Cases?
I have not mediated in the federal workplace (section B). Will this remove me from consideration?
Will postal service cases count toward your application requirements?
In order to meet the requirement of 10 cases is it possible to co-mediate under your program with a qualified mediator in a mentoring role for the mandated mediations?
 
Do you have any suggestions about how I can obtain information about federal workplace opportunities and experience?
My mediations per month is extremely low as I am not currently employed as a full time mediator.
Should I send my resume, CV, bio, and/or letters of recommendation?
Is there a deadline to return the completed application?

I cannot open your application file. Could you re-send it in WordPerfect, .rtf, or .txt format?
My state does not require certification. Does this mean I can't qualify?

I have not received any training as a mentor. Does this mean I can't qualify?
Does PMADR intend to require exclusive employment with PMADR as a requirement for working with you as a sub-contractor?
