Meredith H. Eckles

Meredith H. Eckles is the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and Project Management at Peninsula Mediation & ADR. Ms. Eckles graduated from Randolph Macon College with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. Ms. Eckles effectively manages all of Peninsula Mediation & ADR’s federal government clientele and assists Ms. Hanson in conducting structured needs assessments, stakeholder analysis, and focus groups for various agencies to customize trainings. She also manages all Human Resource functions for Peninsula Mediation & ADR and is the lead project manager for a series of distance learning courses offered to the Department of Defense Education Activity and most recently, The Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy. In 2014, Ms. Eckles received her certification in Juvenile and Domestic Relations cases with the Supreme Court of Virginia (#2892) and conducts private family mediations at Peninsula Mediation & ADR. Ms. Eckles is responsible for scheduling, screening for domestic violence, conducting orientation sessions, calculating child support and generating memorandum of agreements for clients. She is likely the first person with whom the clients have contact and does her best to put the clients at ease in what can be the most difficult time of their lives. In 2016, Ms. Eckles received her Masters in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Sacred Heart University in Connecticut and brings these credentials to customizing trainings and conducting dialog and focus groups for various federal government agencies.
